Attention Windows XP Users

Internet Explorer, running under Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), provides the capability to prevent undesirable pop-up windows from taking over your screen. If, when you click on the map, the application shows a map of the entire state and displays a notice at the top of the screen that a pop-up has been blocked, Microsoft has protected you from doing something constructive.

Data obtained by querying features on this interactive map are delivered using "desirable" pop-up windows. Internet Explorer cannot determine which pop-ups you wish to see, so you must disable the blocker or configure the browser to allow the pop-up windows from this site to go unblocked.

Click here for Microsoft's explanation of how to disable/enable/configure the pop-up blocker. Even after disabling the pop-up blocker you may find it necessary to hold down the "Ctrl" key while clicking points on the map.
